SureCode Technologies began in 1993 as Professional Services Corporation (PSC), founded with two employees and a clear vision: help clients successfully leverage emerging information technologies to gain a lasting advantage.
By consistently delivering on that vision for government and commercial clients across the Washington, DC metro area, PSC grew into a well-regarded boutique IT consulting firm. As web and open-source technologies matured, we built our own application framework to deliver scalable, fast-turnaround, low-cost solutions — and in 2003 adopted the SureCode name to reflect that work.
Today SureCode delivers secure, modern systems spanning cloud-native platforms, cybersecurity and compliance, data integration, and long-term operations support.

Professional Services Corporation founded
Two founders set out to help organizations migrate business solutions to the emerging client/server model.
- 1999
Growth and the SureCode Application Framework
PSC grows to more than 50 employees and develops the SureCode Application Framework for scalable, web-based open-source solutions.
- 2003
Becoming SureCode Technologies
The company adopts the SureCode Technologies name, aligning with its most successful solutions category.
- 2004
Long-term federal partnerships
Delivery of systems for the Department of Commerce, Department of Justice, and National Weather Service, several of which remain in service today.
- 2006
Commercial enterprise solutions
Engagements with Deloitte and Comcast bring workflow automation and analysis tools to large commercial enterprises.
- 2018
Cybersecurity and modernization
Focus expands to continuous diagnostics, security data pipelines, containerized platforms, and ATO support for federal agencies.
