Hourly Consultant
You will be billed on a time-and-materials basis at an hourly rate, dependant on the position and experience of the consultant you select.
While on billing the consultant is an employee of PSC and all costs associated with having an employee are administrated by PSC.
90 Business Day Option
You have the option to make an offer of full-time employment to the consultant, at no additional fee, once 90 consecutive business days have been completed at the hourly rate.
Permanent Placement
For a one-time fee, per hire, you can make an offer of full-time employment to any candidate PSC refers to you.
