Joseph Granata - President and CEO
Mr. Granata has over fourteen years experience in the marketing and development of
computer hardware and software. He possesses a strong combination of human resources
and information technology consulting expertise. He also brings a proven history of
success incorporating executive leadership, intuitive business acumen, analytical and
problem solving abilities, executive conflict resolution ability, project management skills,
and a strong customer service orientation.
Mr. Granata received a BS degree in computer science. He is an MBA candidate, with
emphasis in finance, at Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia and has completed
over 60% of the course curriculum.
Prior to co-founding Professional Services Corporation, Mr. Granata was employed by
AGS Information Service, Inc. as a Business Development/Marketing Manager. There he
was responsible for all aspects of AGS business and program development efforts within
the Washington D.C. metropolitan area.
Dr. John Granata - Vice President
Dr. Granata has over twelve years of experience in computer software engineering. His
expertise spans all levels of software development. Dr. Granata has been principal
investigator, project manager, and lead software engineer on numerous government and
commercial projects.
Dr. Granata received a BE degree in electrical engineering in 1987 from CCNY. He
received ME and PhD degrees in electrical engineering in 1989 and 1990, respectively, from
CUNY. Dr. Granata is the author of several publications in the field of software
development and advanced programming techniques.
In 1990 Dr. Granata co-founded Mathware, Inc. and Iterations, Inc. as a means to
commercially apply techniques developed in academic research environments. In 1993 Dr.
Granata co-founded Professional Services Corporation. As Director of Development
Services, he is responsible for the design, implementation, and delivery of software
products and projects.
Anna Beckley - Director, HR & Recruiting Operations
Ms. Beckley has over 8 years of experience in Marketing and Recruiting. She has a proven track record in Information Technology Staffing and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the Human Resource and Technical Recruiting functions at PSC.
Her responsibilities at PSC include assisting clients in the Telecommunications, Internet and IT arenas to build their internal resources with quality IT professionals, both at the hands-on Technical and Management levels. She has played a key role in growing PSC's client base and has organized, staffed and managed a successful recruitment team to satisfy client requirements. Prior to joining PSC, Ms. Beckley assisted in the marketing and sales efforts for BDM Technologies, an IT Solutions provider located in McLean, VA.
Ms. Beckley holds a BS Degree in Marketing from St. John's University in New York and is affiliated with several professional HR organizations in the Washington DC area.
Toni Buchanan - HR Recruiter
Ms. Buchanan has over three years of recruiting experience and more than ten years of experience in Sales/Management and Customer Service.
As part of the HR Recruiting team at PSC, her responsibilities include working with HR Professionals, both Clients and Candidates, to ensure the best possible match is made. HR positions that Ms. Buchanan has recruited for include HR Directors, HR Managers, Generalists, Technical and non-Technical Recruiters, Compensation and Benefits Professionals.
Ms. Buchanan holds a B.S. degree in Marketing from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA and is affiliated with several professional HR organizations in the area.
Eve Lewis - Operations Manager
Ms. Lewis has over ten years experience in Customer Service and Office Administration and has been with PSC since August of 1997. She is responsible for corporate operations including Benefits, Payroll, and Accounts Receivable and Payable.
Since joining PSC, Ms. Lewis' emphasis has been in streamlining and developing processes, evaluating and implementing benefits and services, and making recommendations to the Executive level.
